QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
Why is there no exact price here?
Because it depends on the case. A guide only; the exact price is agreed by phone before we start and then sent to you in writing.
What does the price include?
The visit, the inspection and the final report with its appendices. Travel is a separate line on the quote; confirming the report in court is quoted separately.
When do I pay?
In stages, and always 100%, VAT included, before the final report is issued.
Who pays the court expert?
You pay your party expert. The court expert is paid in advance by the party that requests them; in the end, whoever is ordered to pay costs may bear it.
Can I recover the cost of the report?
If you win with costs awarded, your party expert’s fees are part of the costs. Your lawyer will tell you if that applies.
