Why is there no price on this page?
Because for a building it depends on the scope: how many areas and homes, and whether there will be a claim. We agree it by phone and email you the quote for the meeting.
Can it be used to claim against the builder?
Yes. The report is signed by a chartered expert who defends it in court if needed.
Can the owners follow the case?
You follow it online and, from your portal, share the report with the chair without forwarding emails.
Who pays?
The owners’ association, invoiced in its name, in full before the report is issued.
